Yes, “post fast”.  Mail that envelope really quickly!  Obviously I mean, after the fast. Just been to the farmers market in Byron Bay.  Got a whole bag or organic fruit & veg for $6.  My friends were insistent on going to the market at 5am to get the best deals, but rocking up at the end of the market, I scored  the best bargains.  Haha. Last day today.  In reality it really isn’t.  Still another few days to ween myself back onto solid food.  Tomorrow I’m allowed 2 pieces of whole fruit, yipee! This process is known as “breaking”.   Unfortunately, not the kind I used to do, like spinning on one’s head.  It means to “break the fast” i.e. stop.  I was already nibbling small bits of fresh organic guavas, star fruit and oranges today.  They looked too damn good. Surprisingly I didn’t wake up until 6am.  I thought I might wake up at the crack of dawn.   Must be catching up on 29yrs of lack of sleep. Some things I’m starting to realise.  Will I ever eat again?  They say hunger pangs in the first 3 days, but I barely had any, and now I never feel hungry.
